Inter-Library Loan Federal Census Microfilm Request

Requests for FEDERAL CENSUS MICROFILM normally take 3-6 weeks to get. Census microfilm must be used in the library. The branches with microfilm reader/printers are Headquarters, Florissant Valley, and Tesson Ferry. Census microfilm can be borrowed without a charge from the Mid-Continent Public Library in Independence, MO. However, they do cease to lend in the month of December each year. Any requests placed after October 15 may not come in until late January. If you feel you cannot wait, we canorder the census from another source for a fee.
