Inter-Library Loan Book or Audiovisual Materials Request

Requests for BOOKS normally take 2 to 4 weeks to get; highly specialized materials may take longer. Most items can be borrowed without a charge but some libraries charge for service and postage. St. Louis County Library passes along such charges to patrons. Requests for AUDIO-VISUAL MATERIALS depend entirely upon the owning library. Many libraries do not lend this material through Interlibrary Loan. The charge for this type of material is dependant upon the owning library. This type of material may have more restrictions than other types of library materials. The St. Louis County Library passes along any charges to patrons.
